News Release

The General Teaching Council for Northern Ireland has announced three new members who will serve on the Council for the next four years. They are as follows:

Nursery Education Categyory

The Council received two valid nominations and as a result of an election in this category Mrs Susan Campbell was duly elected.

Secondary Education Category

The Council received five valid nominations and as a result of an election in this category Mrs Teresa Graham and Mr Theo Laverty were duly elected.

The new Council will meet for the first time in October 2006.
